Identify the cause of e-Mail connectivity issues (same as above)
Identify and repair application and O/S (operating system), issues, such as freezes & lock-ups, crashes, failures to update, sluggish operations, et al.
Our basic Diagnostic charge is $25
If we have to take apart a Notebook to diagnose hardware issues, we charge an additional $25.
If we make the diagnosis at your address, we charge $25 for the service call.
